Don't waste your time!

I went in there and saw the same dryer that's been there since the last time I went which was a month ago,so thinking maybe I could get a better price I told (Tony) what can you do for this dryer since its the same one I saw a month ago..and he's like no its not I'm like yes it is, and he's like ooh okay yeah I'm lying to you right..its not the same one.. And I'm like it is the same one cause its got the same crap on it the last time I saw it!this guy is a big fake as so is everything else in that store!!

These guys are crooks! Do not buy anything from them. I bout a fridge, 2 days later it stopped working. I took it back and after a lot of angry arguing they agreed to fix it. It took 3 weeks to fix. I picked it up and after 2 days it quit working; took it back and after 3 weeks it still has not been fixed... tried to claim that the 30-day warranty had expired during the time it had been in the shop. They also showed a post-dated receipt they made up show a earlier date of purchase. They were shocked when I showed the a

date inscribed on the back by the actual date I purchased it. After an ugly argument and threats to have them turned in the state comptroller's office, a near fist fight, they returned my money. I will never go back to these cons even if they offer to give me free items. It's always a scam.

We bought a fridge from this company with a 90 day warranty. We had it less than 3 days and the freezer quit working. The phone number listed never gets answered and the mailbox is full so you can't leave messages. Another number is 210-782-4604, and a guy answers and says hes just a helper. For the last two weeks he said he will try to get a hold of a technician. Every time we call he says he can't do anything and doesn't know how to get a hold of the owner or anyone else in charge. This is the week of Thanksgiving and our freezer doesn't work. We will be taking it back to get our money. This company is very unprofessional and scams you with the warranty.

I just submitted a complaint on this business to the Better Business Bureau, that's the least I can think of doing. You all should do the same. It's clear they are totally scamming people, submitting a complaint with the BBB might help...

Don't do it!!! I paid $75 for installation and they ruined my kitchen floor! Huge chunks were taken out. The cost of repairs will be more than the price of the refrigerator. They do not return calls, and they have yet to repair the floor. Funny thing is that they insisted on an invoice number from the receipt... No invoice number. They insist on things that don't exist. The kicker is that the refrigerator now needs a repair. So I now have a ruined floor and an improperly working refrigerator. Save your money and go elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! this place is horrible. they sell roach infested appliances that break within a month. It like pulling teeth to get these so called business guys to answer or agree something it wrong with your item. When they do answer it is like "ok i cal you back" and Click they hang up on you. just stay away from these cons

I had the same trouble as other patrons of this establishment. I purchased a stainless steel convection oven in june of 2012. a few months later, the stove started to malfunction. error code F7. at the time i was away, so my gf tried to handle the matter with More 4 Less. She was given the run around time and time again. First it was, "you must have your receipt", then it was "we'll call you next week to schedule an appt" I finally went to the store personally and was assured that I would be contacted with an appt time & date and that a tech would be able to fix the issue. Every time I call (& i do so very frequently), there is NO ANSWER! I have to drive over to the store (from the Converse area) if I want to see what is going on. I have been waiting for over two weeks now but in total - OVER 4 MONTHS (counting the time my gf tried to get it fixed)!!! Still, no repair or even a phone call to let me know of the status. I will never purchase from this establishment again & i recommend that no one else does. This is not the way to run a business. If you can't keep good on your word, you have nothing! I paid extra money for the extended warranty and I feel like I have been ripped off. Bottom line, if they cant fix it, just say so - and stop selling warranties that they can follow thru with! It's almost more annoying that they keep saying they will do something that TRUELY ARE NOT GOING TO!!!

Not to buy anything from them ...

Not to buy anything from them as they do not honor they're warranties. I purchased a refrigerator from them in June 2012. After getting it home I noticed the ice bucket was broken and after contacting Vicente and Frank concerning the matter, I was informed that they would replace it. I called them again about a week later as I hadn't heard from them. Frank informed me that the item cost over $200.00 and they were trying to find one less expensive. I mentioned that I had found the part for $25.00 and provided them with the information; I also mentioned that I would replace the part myself once they provided me with it. Since then either my wife or myself have called them and have been told that they were ordering it and that we would receive it shortly. It's now been four months and we have not heard from them or seen the part. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.......
