WATCH OUT! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Terrible customer service. Falsely claimed that my vehicle had break issues when it did not during a state inspection. Didn't do a complete inspection and still charged me for a full inspection. Failed my perfectly fine vehicle- took it less than a quarter mile down the road to another inspection station and it passed DESPITE their notes that I had break issues. All in less than 1 hour.

THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF! BUYER BEWARE!

Never before have I dealt with such discourteous, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable auto repair shop. I took my car to Master European for the same coolant repair several times, each time a new part was recommended. Yesterday when I went in to ask JUNIOR (very calmly), to show me exactly where the coolant was dripping from, he basically shouted at me as if I were his enemy not a paying customer. I assume women are not supposed to challenge the folks they're paying for repair services. When I asked him to lower his voice he shouted "No, I'm upset!" before refusing to fix what they jacked up. I'm certain he would NEVER speak to a man in that tone. His Father heard this exchange had nothing to say... not surprised.This took place while another customer was in the waiting area. I will GLADLY take my money elsewhere. Their reputation for terrible attitudes and unprofessionalism is widespread. I wish I would have known.

I brought in my 2001 BMW 330ci in for a valve cover gasket replaced they charged half of what the dealership was asking for. Master European has great customer service. They for one will be seeing me again when I'm having trouble with my car.
