Lockaway Storage

My family just moved into San Antonio. The manager was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way and stayed late to rent us our unit because our movers were running behind. The unit was just the right size and just as clean as she had described to me on the phone.

couldnt bellieve how poorly kept this place was. does no good to complain to manager even if you can find her.

I am a current customer at Lockaway Storage. I could not believe the previous review for that facility, none of it is true. The manger, Ida, is such a great person and she keeps the cleanest property I have ever stored at. She also provides only professional and friendly customer service. I went through a lot of personal stuff when I moved, but Ida made my transition smooth and stress free. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure there. I would recommend Lockaway Storage to all of my friends. If you need to see for yourself just compare to the other facilities around and I promise you will end up renting from Lockaway Storage.

As a tenant of Lockaway Storage, I can say that there are more effecient and customer service oriented facilities close by. Huebner location has roaches. Facility is not being maintained, climate control bldgs. are never cool, and for the same money you can get a much nicer and cleaner place close by. Manager is never around for assistance in selling boxes. I give them only one star.
