Wow thought I was truly the only person that this has happened to. The manager is bringing down this property she is never in the office. One day I walked in and she was past out. Then days later she swears someone robbed her while she was asleep. She down right avoided the housing guy. All I wanted was to make the owner aware of some bigger issues. She refused to give me the number. I felt embarrassed for the owner and how this lady runs his property. Then I approached him and he just laughed and said I'm not the manager go talk to her. So I did and the manager got Mad and said to not bother him or he'll fire her.

Well its safe to say no one cares about this place. Not even the owner. So don't waste your hard working money

And your time.

The manager CARMEN has been the worst manager I've ever dealt with. She talks about everyone that lives here to other residents tells all your business that your late on rent etc. She TRYS to get loud with you and gets an attitude when you tell her something is wrong in your apartment and always says she's going to charge you for what's wrong with these old apartments. She's VER forgetful and RUDE. She acts like she's the owner and acts like the rent money is going into her pocket. Horrible manger move in if you what problems with the manner and your business told to people that live here.

The manager Carmen is the rudest and forgetful person!! She will give you attitude, I don't know who the owners are but they have no idea of what kind of person is in charge of the business! If you don't want to have problems, don't move there. Don't waste your money or time.

Carmen is forgetfull. Stuff like, No I never said pay 1/2 the first month (Eviction Notice!) I can't find ur check (Eviction Notice!). Lets just say, shes Eviction Notice happy. Don't be surprised to find one on your door.

Look over the apartment your getting before signing anything. She might give you one thats got filthy carpeting.

Management is always changing. Ofcourse it's always someone that looks like they just got out of the Penn.

Neighbors are either smoking/selling drugs. Gunshots and Cops, Always!

If I told my best friend or family member or even a STRANGER about this place, I'd say: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, The apartments are in a bad condition and what makes it WORST is the MANAGEMENT, if you have a problem with your apartment, don't expect them to fix it right away they usually take up to a week or more to fix it. They change maintenance men every month, they will not answer your calls, the office is ALWAYS closed, you have to pay to get in the pool yet people from other apartments nearby get in for FREE, AC's are older than my great grandmother, you'd have to literally get out and go somewhere to cool off. Cops are always around because of gunshots and fights. The manager will give you attitude and will yell at you, SHE DOESN'T CARE. I wouldn't leave there again, even if it was free, so now you have an idea to what you're getting yourself into.

DON'T DO IT!!! Aparmtent Mgr Carmen is forgetful. If she gets in trouble for screwing up, she will pin it on you. She will call you numerous times, even after you've made arrangments whether verbal or written. SHE'S UNORGANIZED!!! She will send the maintenance man to the wrong aparment. She will leave notices on your door with your information. Anyone can walk by and look at it. She will mistake you for someone else and tell you all their business. She will argue with you and expect you not to say a word.

The maintenance men change more often than oil changes. They do patchy, messy, cheap work.

The owner will not return your calls. He doesn't screen the people he hires very well. We went from a lovely lady, to a unprofessional girl that dressed in club wear to a forgetful older lady that yells.

The carpets are horrific!! The washer/dryer buildings are dirty. Do not expect more than two washers and two dryers. At times one dryer and washer are out of order. I have a broken drawer in my kitchen. I open the drawer and the front and side panels came off. It seems that when they repaired it prior to it breaking with me, there were pieces of toilet paper/paper towel stuffed in a crevice with glue to have it hold.

We paid all application fees 35.00 for myself and 35.00 for my fiancee on top of that 250.00 for the deposit. We got the call to move in and we just had a son so we were very excited to move into our first place.we were told that the house would be cleaned and ready to move into.... 8/1/11 came along and we signed the lease and paid our first mont rent 540.00 for our one bedroom then were handed the keys. As we walk into the apt we noticed a dead roach and someone else urine all over both toilets so obviously there was no cleaning done fridge had blood from prior residents storing meat in there and these shells from some type of bugs. Trying to stay positive we just figured okay we will clean it our selves no big deal. All day we cleaned an ran the AC on 65 and it never dropped any lower then 85 it was to hot to stay there with the baby so we stayed at our moms. We talked to the manager and she insured us filter was new coils and ect. After complaining for days on day and not being able to live there due to the Texas heat she finally had someone look at our unit turns out filter was extremely dirty coils were bad and units needed to be replaced. I was upset it took so long to fix and was told it was working and new when it wasn't but let it go and finally moved in. 4 days went by and everything seemed fine the around 4 am I went down stairs to make a bottle and my WHOLE ENTIRE second floor was flooded about 3 inchs with water next door in apt 25 water was shooting out her walls threw the door out her windows all my belongings were ruined contacted the manager and she claimed to call a Plummer and havnt seen him to this day so we got up ourself and knocked on maintenances door to find out she never even called him he turned off the water and we began to collect all wet belongings and sort them out! They said they would fix it and call us when it was ready to move back in this flood happened on the 10th and it was the 23rd and still no phone call so on the so we moved in regardless and stayed two nights but the smell was horrible and I was worried about the mold and my new born so we left the 26th came along no phone call still so we went to get more clothes at the apt to take to our mothers and AGAIN my whole apt flooded but upstairs this time too I was feriouse I called management no answer this was a sat finally sun the owner contacted me and it had flooded fri night so my apt had been flooded til mon when he had contractors come out I asked to be released and he refused my belongs once again ruined in one month 2 huge floods and th ac problem and unit not ready to be occupied I was over t but decided if they fix it I would accept that. They started on it that Monday so tue comes along and I go at 6 pm contractors had left for the day and it seem to be coming along I was pleased but of course I go up stairs to find some shirts from PAC sun which are not cheap that I planned to exchange sizes and THEY WERE GONE!!!!! We left and I called the owner four times and if course no answer I am so tired of all this in less than a month ive gone threw all this I hate people going threw my stuff and I HATE THIEVES so we leave to me our grandfather to have dinner. I wanted to go back to see if I misplaced them and I didn't at the same time I noticed things were moved that had no need to be moved and alot was missing here and there so I left message and made a police report and plan to go speak with owner which I know I will jus get a smart remark I just want to tell you all don't move into these You will regret It I found out that this flooding had happened alot I thought aww no bad reviews when I did research so I want to let you know don't do it and if u do get everything and writing and document everything!!!! To protect yourself and watch them their word is no good your better off some where else be careful I would hate for u to have to deal with this! I wish I could get out w/o breakin my lease
