I have always been treated well,prompt everything under one roof.No need to go elsewhere for x-rays or blood work.Dr kellum sr.is a very kind and tentative Dr.

This place sucks, I never wanted do Damn long in my life. I got her at 230 with my daughter who appointment want till 300 just for a physical and I don't get called into the room till 537 & I an still waiting in the room for somebody. It has been almost 3 1/2 hours. I don't recommend this place what so ever. Still waiting you would be to. No stars for this place.

Please do not go to this doctor. First of all, you will never see him. Secondly, heaven forbid the office staff has the task of calling in a simple referral. They have a very incompetent staff who lie to get the patient off the phone or out of the office. My daughter was told they would process a referral and then proceeded to lie to her and tell her it is pending and would take two weeks to process, when insurance company was contacted, guess what? it takes a five minute phone call to process a referral and there were no phone calls made on her behalf in their files. Which leads me to believe that the employees at the doctors office lied and never called in a referral. When asked to speak to an office manager, she was in a meeting. How convenient.

Well, I waited a MONTH for an appointment at 11:15 and 11:30 for my two boys. At 12:45 they were still waiting to even go back to a room. I called to find out why and how much longer, I even pointed out that they had called to confirm I would be on time, and I was early! The two ladies that were working the phones put me on hold, bounced me around from person to person, clinic to clinic in hopes that I would give up. I spoke with JR the supervisor. He apologized and said he would get them seen right away. They put them in a room at 1:15... a FULL 2 HOURS after our appointment the Dr. FINALLY saw the boys. The immunizations took another 20 minutes. Stay away from this place at all cost! Even on Medicaid, it isn't worth it!

Just from all the reviews and actually calling the office as I am writing my review.....seems like no one answers at his office. I have call 5x this morning and the phone line just rings!! I am a grandmother of a newborn just 9/4 and Im searching for a NEW pediatrician that takes new patients. According to all the reviews, stating how bad the staff is.... I will look elsewhere! I hope Dr Kellums Medical Clinic reads these reviews and thinks bout rehiring NEW professional staff. I would hate for my daughter and grandbaby to be waiting over an hour of their appointment time! Have a good day!! And This Clinic get NO STARS from me.......thank u for the info on this Clinic.....

The Kellum Clinics are ridiculous, all of them. They staff is very disrespectful to patients. They will have you wait over a hour past your appointment time just because they can. They will make you pay your copayment so you are forced to stay. Once you are in a back room expect to wait even more. We have been 'forgotten' about several times. If you have private insurance you will be treat like a second class citizen. When the PA or doctor does come in to see you, then be ready for it cause if you blind you'll miss them.
