        I am so disappointed this round. We have used Jupe for decades and we are very upset about their performance in insulating chilled water system pipes. Infrared pictures clearly show the water saturation. They are aware that the job was inferior, we have waited more than a MONTH for repairs. If I get some action our of this review, I will immediately react with a positive review.
