        I bought a special deal on carpet cleaning through Living Social for Hunter's to clean my carpet. Well...not only was the deal a steal, but the carpet (2 dogs) was cleaner than it had ever been in lickety split time. My son watched as they cleaned my carpet, then made an appointment to have his carpet cleaned. They did a good job on his carpet as well, so good he uses them on a regular basis (as do I). I have always used Chem-Dry because the carpet doesn't end up being soaked or evil-smelling. Their method is efficient and gets the stains and smells out without wearing out the carpet. Couteous and professional technicians, too. I will only use Chem-Dry, and only use Hunter's. Very, very pleased. Try them, you will be satisfied.

        One Star is way too much!! I paid for a Groupon and have been trying to schedule service for over 3 months. No one ever answers. I have left several messages and even sent emails. I have finally resorted to calling corporate. I will be calling Groupon for a refund, but these jokers will just pull this scam again. it is a shame, because the other local Chem Dry (who I confused this outfit with) are reputable and accommodating.

        DO NOT USE!!



        Paid AND scheduled a carpet cleaning over a month ago (Oct. 10, 2011). Tech calls me this morning, Nov. 21, 2011 (day of scheduled cleaning) and tells me that they can't come out because it was raining? This is an indoor service. So I looked out my window, sun is shining with some cloud coverage. So I asked where he was and he told me he was on the North side of San Antonio. Im on the NW Side. Something smelled like BS.



        So later, I called the office, kept getting forwarded to a full mailbox - surprise. I finally get someone on the phone. I questioned why my appointment was canceled due to rain and the guy hangs up on me. I call back and Im back to full mailbox again.



        Called corporate office and submitted a bad review to the BBB and Yelp.com



        Hopefully someone will address this bad business practice.



        Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go with Chem-Dry of San Antonio, NOT Hunter's Chem-Dry.
