Best moving experience . They arrived to my place early, took care of everything in less than 10 minutes, and called as promised to give updates. I highly recommend this company, they care about doing the job efficiently and earning your business. Much respect.

Greatest movers I've ever hired. They were 15 minutes early, the truck was super clean and these guys really rock n roll. Freedom's crew treat your stuff with upmost respect. I've always hated moving, but these guys made my day fun ! See y'all next year when I move again.

If I could give a 100 stars I would. Freedom moving made my move so easy and these guys love their job. I am super impressed on the customer service. The owner Isaac really puts heart and soul into it. I wish every business treated us this way.

I must say these guys are for real. They get in and get right out. No damages and they are quick. The way they load the truck is beyond me. Very impressed. I am definitely using them again.

Freedom packing is the greatest ever. I had other movers booked for today but never showed up. I called Isaac from Freedom packing moving and he assured me not to worry they had a crew available to assist me. Omg they showed up like in 30 minutes and really impressed me. My previous movers said based on the in home estimate, I should have like 6 hrs of work and my quote was like $600 plus a fuel cost plus tax or whatever. Isaac and his guys did it in almost 4 hrs and it only cost me around $350 of coursed I tipped them. I am recommending them to everyone.

BEST MOVERS I EVER HAD. IVE MOVED AT LEAST 12 TIMES AND EVERY TIME SOMETHING WENT WRONG.....BUT, FREEDOM PACKING AND MOVING IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST. VERY ATTENTIVE AND EXTREMELY POLITE. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY GRAND PIANO AND MY CUSTOM POOL TABLE BUT AFTER WATCHING ISAAC AND HIS CREW WORK INSYNC THE EXPERIENCE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF...NOT ONE SCRATCH ON MY PIANO AND MY POOL TABLE WAS FULLY ASSEMBLED AND LEVELED LIKE A PRO. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. ISAAC AND HIS CREW ARE MY MOVERS FOR LIFE!!!

Two men crew, Issac and his helper accepted my moving request right away. They came on time and moved all items within a timely manner. They were very professional and me being a disabled Senior was told to just sit down and leave everything to them. They were so friendly and charged me a flat rate. I should have learned the first time. I used them back in Aug 2015. They seemed legit , nice and helpful. They assured me they would take apart , and then assemble at the new house. When I left to go get my daughter (my mom was at the house with the movers still ) when I got back the furniture was not assembled and the movers left. They had all the hardware for the furniture and I kept calling and texting and never got a response. I went to lowes/home Depot and bought new hardware to put the furniture back together. Now this is where I could kick myself , I should have never used them again , but I was in a crunch and needed someone , I had to be out my house by sunday Dec 27th and they assured me they would be there the night before. Day of moving , no call , no text , no answer. They put me in a horrible bind , time and money and stress as I am a high risk pregnancy.

This Isaac alks a big game...it's all a lie.first I'm not even sure he is legit.n the photos they are in matching thirty and look like pros. When he showed up late he was in sweatpants and the arrived in a separate car, while the helper was driving a budget truck. While the moved quick they broke several irreplaceable items. And when I called to let him know he basically was like oh well things happen. No sympathy he made no attempt to say let me give you some of your money back which led me to believe that they really don't care about you or your belongs. He just wants your money. One of the items that they broke cost way more than it cost me to move which is extremely unfortunate but the lack of caring makes me want to give this particular service five- stars. But I'm not done with them I plan on checking with the Better Business Bureau I also plan on checking with their suppose an insurance to see if he actually is covered. But steer clear of this particular gentleman!!!

If I could give negative stars I would - Isaac was supposed to be at my place at 9:30am - he texted at 10am to let me know that the person he was currently moving didn't have the money to pay him and that he would call me in just a few minutes to update me. Nothing- I didn't get a phone call or a text. I'm in a incredibly flexible person- have the descency to call me and tell me the situation or that you need to reschedule. Isaac is aware that the day of my move was the only day I had off. It's incredibly frustrating to have to deal with something like this. Give your clients a call and don't just be a flake. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Completely 100% unreliable

Having been a military brat and then 21 years in the Navy, I have moved over 25 times. At first I was pleased with Isaac. He spoke of his reputation being important and his customer service being the best. I had him do a walk through and he gave me a quote to move my belongings from 23450 to 23453. They did a great job packing and were pretty quick and courteous. However, they weren't able to get everything in the truck in the first load. So they brought everything they had to the new house and unloaded, again quickly and carefully. Then Isaac demanded another large sum of money to finish the job (though the original quote and what I paid was to be for the whole job). I had no choice, so I agreed and he was to finish the next day. Well, three days later and Isaac has never shown and refused to answer my calls or texts. It's like he vanished off the face of the earth. Of course he took all the easy stuff in the first load, so I was forced to hire a second, much more reputable company for the rest, which included all the garage stuff and most of the heavy or fragile stuff. He cherry picked the easy stuff, then charged more, then never showed to finish. AVOID THIS COMPANY as it is not worth the chance that he just might happen to be good on your move!!

First let me state that in 13 years of military service i have moved A LOT! Freedom is by far the most efficient and effective movers I have had the pleasure of hiring. The price was more than fair, Isaac and Bobby were more than professional, oh and BTW they took my job on less than 24 hour notice. Watching these two pros work was like watching a very practiced and harmonious drill team putting the pieces of our life in a truck with precision and care. I read the other reviews that called these pros "liars" and "untrustworthy" and I could not disagree with them more. While I'm sorry that their moving experience wasn't as pristine as ours...I must say that i cannot see how we could be speaking about the same company. I would hire this company again tomorrow...thanks for the A+ job and the connect to the cleaning service!

The owner is a big lair. They broke our stuff (a piece of furniture that is not cheap), said they would pay for it since they have insurance and just disappeared. He went into hiding - doesn't pick up calls, doesn't answer messages. The worst part about it is that he says he accepts cash only because "there are a lot of dishonest people out there". Who knew that he was one of them....

Do not use these movers! Packed my stuff like it was junk. Didn't finish job (when they said they did) and won't return phone calls after they are paid. Talks a great game but don't buy it! Isaac and his crew are liars and cheats and treat their clients with no respect!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE unreliable company. We have used them twice or maybe I should say once. The first time they were well over an hour late and didn't bother to call until I called them. Then they broke off a part of my parents wooding railing and never fixed it. They just ignore phone calls. After all that we decided to give them a try with a move we HAD to have done today. after they were already late I called and asked where they were? He said they were by Castroville and didn't know he was going to be out there but will be leaving in about 15 mins and will be here. We obviously had everything confirmed. And THEY NEVER SHOWED!! I called and called and called and sent text messages and heard nothing back. My husband and I are leaving the country and they left of hanging with no explanation. I have NEVER wrote a review before, but this is such an awful company I hope every just moves on...especially if you want them to show up. Bad customer service. I guess Im the dumb one for giving them a second chance..

Freedom movers are just awesome! I called them after another company that I called didnt show up. Issac and Boby were here on time and were extremely professional. I called them to move just few things from my old apartment to a new one. They did more than what I asked for with in the same rate. I just wanted to say a big thanks to them and would recommend then to anybody who needs a packing and moving service.

These guys are great. They really helped me out today. Extremely friendly. They were fast and very accommodating. I called them at the last minute and it wasn't an issue at all. They were happy to help me. Very thankful I found them
