Brake Check

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I can not begin to tell you what horrible service I received at this brake check. The first time I came in I was shown my rotors and told they would just need resurfacing and new pads. When I left they were squeaking (was told it was just because they were new pads and it would stop) and my pedal was very soft. I took it back and said my pedal was too soft, to which they responded " no it's not, its just my imagination". After insisting they bled them to see if there was air in the lines, they did. No more soft pedal. After another month of still squeaking I took my jeep back in, was told to leave it for the day because I now needed new rotors. I did and another $300 later still had squeaking brakes I again complained and now began to be ignored. I ended up taking it elsewhere to have my brakes redone, only to find out I DID NOT HAVE NEW ROTORS!! I have sent pictures to corporate only to be ignored. I have posted on their FB page only to have it removed. They not only have the worst technicians, but also NO customer service!!

I really trust this store the manager, Raoul, and the service. Everything I have asked to be serviced was completed quickly, courtesly, and professionally. I find I need maintain my car in a timely manner to not have major repair bills. These gentlemen help me do this.

I went to Brake Check after calling them and asking about the lifetime warranty on the brakes they put on in 2010 at the tune of over $400.00 I was told no problem they are covered. I came out of there paying over $600.00 I will never go back. They are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Go somewhere else. Overcharge with lousy parts. The pad clip broke and ate into my rotor. I was grinding so bad I could not drive it in. Took them the clip and they would not replace it. There are better shop around. Go there. Unless you like waiting for a long time to be over charge for lousy parts that brake not even a month later.

I scheduled an appointment on brakecheck.com 5 or so days out for this afternoon. According to the website, they would "hold my bay until 10 minutes after my scheduled time just in case I was running late". I arrived precisely at my appointment time and was warned that it would take a long time to get to me if I really wanted service done today. When I asked why I had bothered making an appointment the guy behind the counter just shrugged and said, "A lot of people came in". Hey idiot, that's why they're called appointments!



They may or may not do good work, but their attitude towards customer service completely ticked me off.

I went to brake check on a sunday I felt they were being honest with me they found a few problems but i decided to wait on them i ended up going to the deal for theses repairs and i found out that there was nothing wrong with my car . I was shocked at this news I will never go back i have found out that i could have gotten better price for my brakes i do not recomandend them .

Took it in for brakes and alignment; told it needed new strut bushings before they could properly do alignment.

After 5 months the strut came loose and tore up steering linkage. Cause; did not tighten suspenion bolts correctly.

Also found out that they routinely tell customers bushings need replacement when they don't.
