This letter is to inform you of the many improvements to Benjamin Salon. The interior has been cleaned, improved and re-decorated.



It is a pleasure to see and feel the beauty within. The new owners, Desiree and Russ have done so much to enhance the decor.

I lived in italy and had a great barber who gave me haircuts for 10 years. When I came to San Antonio, I was shocked to get 2-3 of the worst haircuts. So I started travelling back to Italy every month just to get a haircut. You see I'm an International business man with hair that is very curly and most difficutl to handle. Then my wife started going with me to Italy to learn how to cut my hair from my Maestro. She learned the tricks and she started giving me haircuts. This has been going for 15 years.

Then 3 months ago I met Desiree and I was elated with her knowledge and professionalism . I just told her few word on how I like my hair to look. Mind you I did not have a haircut then for over 2 months. That first haircut was as good as 90% of my Italian Maestro's. The second haircut was even better than what I used to have in Italy. I'm hooked now.

As for the pedicure and manicure, wow! Desiree is the best I have for a long time.

Desiree is my five star hairstylist now and for years to come , she is very sincere, pleasant and she is the best manacurist and Pedicurist. too. I highly recommend her.

I was looking for a new hairdresser closer to my new home and was recommended by the facialist at Benjamin's to their hairstylist, Desiree. Mary's hair was fantastic - so I made my first appointment and have been returning for 1 year!.. Desiree asks questions regarding what you want from a good haircut and how it will work with your lifestyle and time. She instructs you on techniques and different ways to style your hair. I have even called her on the phone when I am having a bad hair day and wanted to chop it all off - she said she would research a good cut and get back to me - being emotionally attached to my hair she understood that a drastic cut was not really what I was looking for - just a different way to fix it. My family and friends go to Desiree - she has my upmost endorsement!

I am vacationing in San Antonio from Washington State, and due the humid weather my hear was a mess. My husband I were driving around & I told him to stop I was getting my hair cut. Desiree gave me a great cut and gave me some suggestions for keeping my hair manageable. Crisis Solved. I was extremely pleased!

I have been going to Benjamin & Co. for 10 years-now i am going to desiree-owner and end extraordinary stylist and colorist. She is creative, precise and regularly attends shows and trainings to stay current!!!! Also, Elsa who does pedicures is awesome!!!!! They both get 5 platinum stars!!!! I would not think of going anywhere else! They are also very accomodating /w/ my hectic travel schedule-thank you desiree and elsa!!!!
