AAA Jesse's House Painting

They were a no show/ no call. When I called to see where they were, Jesse said they were not coming. I explained that we were prepped and ready, he said he had a bigger job, and did not have someone to send.

I told him that was a breach of contract. He still refused to come. I told him that I would defiantly write a bad review if he was just not going to show up! He actually offered to DOUBLE MY MONEY BACK if I didn’t write a bad review! I cannot help but wonder how many of the positive reviews on Jesse’s painting are from people that he paid to not say anything bad. I refused his offer, and stated that I just wanted to have the work completed. Jesse hung up on me.



We have not received a refund. It looks like we will have to take legal action. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS ONE! No matter how good the deal sounds, I would NEVER recommend AAA Jesse’s House Painting and Remodeling to anyone

Jesse Perez and his crew were very respectful and finished the job exactly when specified. I was more than satisfied with the work and will gladly use Jesse in the future. We did not have to pay any money until the job was completed.

Jesse came out to our house in Bluffview and did a fantastic job. He was very respectful his quote was right on and we didn't pay a dollar more then he said. Clean up was great, there was no mess and he left everything the way it was when he got there. Iam a very satisfied customer and I will highly suggest Jesse to anyone that needs painting done.

This review is on the opposite side of the scale from the reviewed that gave this contractor 5 stars. This contractor would receive a poor rating according to my experience with him. He painted my house and did a poor job, i.e. paint stains on the roof, many areas were missed and the workers left a mess outside. When I contacted Jesse to follow-up and make good he did not bother to return my calls and never corrected the problem areas. He is listed on the S.A. Better Business Bureau but Jesse did not bother answering their request for corrective action after I filed a complaint. He refused to honor his verbal guarantee. He refused to provide me a written guarantee. Seek another contractor and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this house painter.
