A-Star Appliance Repair

This company was assigned to us through our home warranty when the first one failed miserably. I was sceptical at first because of the previous company being so terrible.

What a stark contrast! I was very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, problem solving skills and over all way of conduction business. I was brought into the loop throughout the entire process. Didn't have to call for updates or guess at any time frames, etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome from start to finish! Rick was on time, professional & courteous.Diagnosed & resolved my issue promptly. He explained why & how everything that had went wrong with my fridge & even explained how to keep it from happening again. Absolutely my go to for all my appliance needs!!

Called and was able to get appointment the same day. Technician was on time and very friendly. Diagnosed problem and fixed quickly, at a price lower than 2 other 'major' companies. Highly recommend this company.

Not proud to say but i have a very old refridgerator that was not cooling. Had A-Star come out that same day, the tech was very familiar with my old appliance... i was immpressed. Repaired it, got it cooling again for a very very resonable price if it wasn't for him i probably would have sunk alot of money into something i didn't need at the time. Great company, thanks.

Had a whirlpool front loading washer problem, and with 3 kids i had to get it repaired ASAP. Technician came out same day that i called for apt, got the part and repaired all that very same day. I will definantly be using this company again for all my other appliances.

Called A-Star late in the day in the middle of the week after my Maytag frig stopped cooling. I had already called the Maytag service number and they told me it would be a day and a half before they could get anyone out. A-Star came out at 7pm and got it fixed. I didnt have to worry about what to do with the stuff in the frig or taking time off from work to let the repair man in. I am very satisfied.

Technician was very professional and repaired my washer in a timely manner and showed up when he was suppose too.
