The doctor relayed some touchy information to my 11 year old son that I think she and I should have discussed first. The receptionist is polite at times but at other times can be rude. If your office doesn't open before 9am....don't answer the phone and get an attitude with me when I tell you what I need. Then you tell me to call back after 9! Why answer? Another time I called and the doctor answered and told me the office was closed for lunch and I should call back in an hour. Well, why can't I just leave a message? Why answer the phone? And another thing, is the waiting room really a place for your two labs? I am allergic to dogs. Everytime we went there, they were slobbering all over people and even sitting on the furniture. I definitley say skip this doctor!
