Post Cab Co

I love this company because they have cash app now makes it so much easier friendly smoke free. Thank God they are back again it was a hard time for me because i am riding with them so long.I recommend the company and they have cash app it makes it easier for us. I know sometimes they are busy i completely understand but very friendly helpful. Dispatcher she is doing the best she can do.I recommended try them out you will see. Like I said before sometimes cab companies get busy sometimes. Thank you for your services.

Driver from cab number 4 was very helpful. He drove me from fort Leonardwood to saint Louis airport. Helped me with my bags and tried to help reschedule my flight.

Although the reviews are not good, the drivers are always friendly and how lots of information about events going on on post. They always pick me up and get me where I need to go. I won't ride with anybody else.

I call and told where I am going to, then told me to look out for a Post Cab. I did as I saw one but didn't come to me, as I have been waiting almost for an hour ����.

They frequently rip off my foreign wife. The dispatcher says that point to point in Saint Robert is $5 flat, but going to and from the same location they always charge my wife: 6, 7, or 8 dollars.

I was just fired today from Postcab after failing to yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk. But there was another cab driver behind me and I was afraid she was going to hit me from behind because I didn't know if she saw the pedestrain or not. Don't get a job with this company they will fire you for no good reason it doesn't matter how sorry you are and say it won't happen again. They were supposed to give me a warning the first time I did something wrong and they don't even have a written policy about what happens to you if you do something wrong in the company.

Horrible business that does not deserve to serve the American Soldiers on Fort Leonard Wood. I highly suggest revoking this contract immediately. The latest of a string of incidents happened today on 5/4/2014, 1630 hours with Cab 43. My wife called for a pickup since I was unable to get her. She waited 20 mins for the cab to show up. When the black driver showed up in Cab 43, he picked up 3 soldiers instead and his reason was "they're going further than you" which translates into "I can make more money off them."



That is the prevalent attitude of the organization and so they're better off not existing as a business. Again, latest in a string of incidents to prove that it was not just an isolated occurrence.

Like the other comment said, they will pick up other people on their way to your destination. 9 times out of 10 I will be in a completely full cab. 5 people plus the driver. Three people in front, three in back. The cab drivers want to make the most money out of their route. That I really don't like. But otherwise, how can you complain? The drivers are usually friendly, and there's a flat rate anywhere on base. Plus no other cab company can pick up on base. So, take it or leave it. There is one colored cab driver that my husband and I just love. An 84 year old veteran that is just the sweetest thing.

I can't believe this company has never gotten a review. I remember this company from 2006. I like the fact that's its a flat rate anywhere on post. The only thing I don't exactly like, but understand is that if your Military, the cab driver will pick up another Military member if called in route to your destination.
