        Overall

        I've been going to Po Folks since I was a kid. When they shut down most of them, my heart broke. Discovering that there's one here in Saint Petersburg made me leap with joy! I love this restaurant! The fried chicken cannot be beat! I've never had bad food here and I've never been treated poorly here. The staff is laid back and the atmosphere is just as laid back. For a country girl from Plant City area feeling out of her element in this bustling city, Po Folks always takes me back home. ;-)

        Really good southern style

        The atmosphere and the food are pure Dixie. A four-vegetable dinner is an excellent choice.
