        " My whole experience was top notch with Roy O'Brien Ford from my initial call into Maureen Bratto to her handing the keys over to me.

        She was polite, professional, and thorough and she placed extreme value on my time having everything ready in a proactive manner when I arrived so I was in and out.

        She did not take other calls while I was sitting in the seat and she arranged everything perfectly with the other managers: Finance and Business while I was there.

        Maureen is not a person who pressures you. She provides the facts, she provides options, she answers the questions or gets the answers and looks you in the eye for your lean.

        Over all, 10/10 truck leasing experience with Maureen Bratto and Roy O'Brien Ford. As you see, I would most definitely recommend them to others. If you want a positive, car or truck leasing experience, I recommend you call Roy O'Brien Ford in Saint Clair Shores! "

        Not professional; low quality work

        Directed to take my vehicle to Roy O'Brien Collision Center by insurance company. Roy O'Brien had the vehicle for five weeks total, three separate visits, never fixed problems and when car picked up after the third return, the sunroof would not close and other electrical functions were inoperable. Stay away ... they talk a great game at the initial visit but they just do not perform professionally. To add insult to injury they act rudely when your expectations are what they promised initially. Really disappointing service and customer care. I will never buy another car or have any type of service at Roy O'Brien again. I would not only NOT RECOMMEND, but tell you "YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH ROY O'BRIEN"
