Mr. Burda has worked with my family for several generations, and while he's very sweet on the phone, he lacks empathy, and that has me rather disturbed. Without disclosing my family's specific medical situation, Mr. Burda has complicated our request for a POA to try and push two separate documents; both of which are priced well above the "industry standard" rates. A quick bit of research showed me that we need a single document, and that can be completed at a fraction of his quote. While in other circumstances I wouldn't have thought too much about his guidance, however, given the heavy financial and medical burdens my family faces right now, I am shocked that he was not willing to work with us to find a more equitable solution. Good Luck Mr. Burda; your efforts (or lack thereof) are noted.
