Extremely helpful Store Manager!

My husband and I recently went to Wilke Window & Door in St. Charles to look at possibly buying a new front door. We have had an old steel 6-panel for years and we really wanted to find a nice entry door with glass and sidelights. The showroom had quite a few displays for us to look at and we found a door we really liked.



My husband was asking some very specific questions that he wanted to speak with the store manager about. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to help us. He was one of the calmest and non-pushy people I've dealt with in a long time. We ordered our new door that day.



Our door is now installed and we love it! Considering it was a special order door, it was ordered in and installed in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy!
