Rock Paper Scissor Salon and Color Bar

I went into the salon for a haircut. I was told to take in a photo of what I wanted by a friend. My stylist was candi. The haircut ended up nothing like what I showed her. When I seen the final result and wasn't please she acted like she could care less. She was very rude and seemed like I was taking up her time as if she had somewhere else to be. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was excited one of the owners was creating my hairstyle with haircut, Keratin treatment ( hair-straightening) !! Let me tell you..she destroyed my hair and it has taken 1 1/2 years for my hair to regrow..that's right..all my hair broke off. She did not take into account my hair was over processed to start with and insisted on the hair straightening. It cost $500! A year and a half is a long time to be unhappy with your hair. A very long time....

I started out with Misha, one of the owners in February of 2014. I decided the next month to try a new style, I knew it would take awhile to get it just right, so was quite patient. After experimenting for three months, it finally looked good for about two months. Then she insisted the bangs should be thinned (ie: texturized). I told her not to thin my hair... but apparently her stubbornness led to my bangs being texturized to oblivion. Realizing they were not coming out right, she cut pieces off the sides (wrecking the look of the layered sides) before I could comment and again without telling me beforehand. I should have told her off then, but did not since she was pregnant! She was on a leave after that for three months and I was turned over to two different stylists, who instead of improving it messed it up even further! Actually drove eight hours (to and from) to see my stylist in previous town for five months to fix up the mess. I know it sounds bizarre, but I use a low or no-peroxide color and there are very few salons here that carry it. I tried someone else, who also messed it up, so then decided to have a consultation with Misha about my hair. I guess I somehow thought she could get back to those two months I actually liked it. They booked a 15 minute consultation... when I got there I waited awhile. The receptionist then told me I had to come back because the woman ahead of me had come in late! Say what? If I had not booked and did not exist, the next client would have to wait 15 minutes. It was not my fault she was late! The receptionist was rude and indignant and then told me their prices had all gone up (of course when I checked online they had failed to update it). Fortunately, I have found a good stylist elsewhere. The rudeness and arrogance at this salon is unbelievable!
