Same as the guy before I asked if they could pull my parts when I called at 10am this morning. They said not until I pay. So I got there around 11:30 and bought my parts to which they told me it’d be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. 5 hours later I still don’t have my parts that I paid for and they are now closed. When I called 3 times during the day to get an ETA the person on the phone was very rude and unapologetic for the terrible service.

I had no problem had a good used pair off ready for me toke only 5 mins and tjey even carried it out for my wife nice service they are friendly people

I got the smart guy on the phone, and he had my parts waiting for me when I got there, good job

The best, and by far the cheapest salvage yard around. They sure know how to run a respectable business, I will never go to another salvage yard again. Great people!!

I called Saginaw Auto Recyclers to see if they had a headlamp and bezel grille for my car. After calling numerous places trying to find parts for a 22 year old vehicle with no success, I was relieved when the man on the phone said he had both parts. After making sure I had the time to drive down that day (It was an hour drive away) I called back and asked them if they could remove the parts from the salvaged car and have them ready for me to pick up. I was told "No, you have to pay before we get them." Fair enough, I can understand they have probably had people who call and ask for parts that don't show.



After an hour trip down state, I spoke with the man I had on the phone about picking up the two parts. He said it would be a few minutes before one of his men could get the parts and I waited patiently in the lobby. Forty-five minutes later his worker came in and told him that both the parts were gone on all three vehicles they had. He then informed me by simply stating "We don't have those parts." I replied with a simple "Alright, thank you," and left distraught not looking forward to the hour drive ahead of me only to return home empty-handed.



I am very dissatisfied with their service, procedures, and complete lack of professionalism. If you want to run a business, that is definitely no way to do so. Catering to your customers needs is a good business practice, perhaps they need to verify they have parts before they say they do and be willing to pull them if the client has a long drive and limited time. I am not very pleased they wasted my entire afternoon and don't show any sign of sympathy.



Bottom line: I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to another person for their complete lack of service, wits, and professionalism.
