        Overall

        The hotel room itself was perfect, however when we made reservations over the phone we were told all king suites come qith a whirlpool tub, which was false. We were going for valentine's day and they not only messed up our room once, but also couldn't put us in one of the very few whirlpool rooms they did have.
        I was very unimpressed with the knowledge of the staff
