        The Royal Oak Public Library maintains a collection of more than 110,000 books and audiovisual materials. The library serves over 296,000 visitors per year. It issues cards to various individuals, companies, schools and organizations. The Royal Oak Public Library has partnerships with the Wayne State University and Royal Oak Public Schools. The library offers Internet classes to assist job seekers to access various employment opportunities. It also provides assistance to download a variety of audiobooks. The Royal Oak Public Library has been designated as a depository library for the publications of the U.S government since 1984. In addition, the library offers online information on the state of Michigan s policy development, economic and statistical reports.

        A great selection of books. Both fiction and non fiction. Prices are great and one can pick up a nice read upon every visit as they have a nice turnover rate. don't forget to bring your books to donate to them as well.
