Starbucks Coffee

I just took my son to starbucks I thought hey how about some nice Hot Coco on a chilly day? The first lady was really nice got our order then The black one comes up and rings us up very rudely my total was 5 dollars and some change I gave her 7 and said oops I gave you 7 not 6 so she gives me 13 cents back, I said Oh i had given you 7 on accident and she Very Rudely says "Why did you give me 7 if your total was only 5 something and throws a dollar at me I was like Keep it you must need it more than me, she then pointed and told me I had to wait there for my coffee, The really nice lady then gave me my coffee and appoligized for her MANAGER's attitude!!! Wow!! That was a Manager? I'm sorry it's Tim Horton's from now on.

I quit going because the people were always crabby. If you work with the public you need to smile.
