Shower Unfinished – which wall are uneven

• Ceiling not grouted on right side and uneven 1/8’ at the front end approximate ½ “ end

• Missing grout – whole on floor left side

• Uneven wall tile, floor tile on entrance, and seat

• Unsure if shower even works; unable to use because of wholes in floor, gap in ceiling, and unfinished tile, and grout



Window unfinished

• Uneven

• No grout

• Wood still exposed



Ceiling not finished drywall, mudded, and sanded

• Corner should be square not round



Closet not finished

• Door frame unfinished

• Door put up uneven, with only 2 screws

• Fell off and put whole in wall



Mudding, unprofessional and unfinished: needs to be finished sanding

When we do get to put molding up we will have to use a large amount of filler because the walls are very uneven; nothing is plum.

Paid extra for bull nosing the tile, some of the tile go to the edge of the door and others leave room for molding.



How do I describe this company, not.

• Out for the dollar, just slap up any way with no pride.

• Inferior workmanship.

• I was told by several of the workers, “It just a basement, boss said just get it done however.”

• Steve claims to have professionally installed tile; then why are my walls he built have uneven tile.

• No management skills.

• I hired this company because was told I wouldn’t have to pay till the job was totally finished. The first day I was told my payment plan and it wasn’t followed; daily I was asked for money.

• Was quoted a price and ask what it included; very few materials were brought on the job by Steve. Daily visits to Lowes and Home Depot, or Tile Store for supplies which I was in the understanding the company would supply.

• If I had it to do over I would have fired him after day 1.

very unprofessional! steve didnt fix the problem! had no intensions on finding the problem and did a quick rig to my issue! quoted one price and once job was over it was another price! not happy!
