        Overall

        Called J's a week in advance and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9am. That morning at 9:30am, J's did not show or call. I called and it went into voice mail. I asked for a call back, I'm still waiting..........

        My experience with J's Garage door was great! They were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and able to provide me with same day service. I would happily recommend them to friends and family.
