Superior Overhead Door Inc

Used Superior Overhead Door in Selden NY for a steel overhead motorized door in a warehouse. There was an issue about 7 years ago that they came and fixed. We had another issue now, 7 years later, possibly due to a truck hitting the door during that time. This is a 40 year old door and motor. They called back promptly when contacted. They came as promised within a couple of days. They are very knowledgeable. The door is now working like new. My experience last time and this time is that they do not try and sell you something you do not need. They do the work that is necessary to fix the problem. They do it well and they do it quickly because they know what they are doing. They did a couple of other things, that took about 10 minutes, relating to sealing the door which will save me money in heating and will improve the comfort level in the warehouse.

Bad Workmanship. Currently being sued for the faulty installation of door that seriously injured client. Blames the manufacturer of the hardware instead of making sure that door was functioning properly
