Loud noises when i drive. I thought muffler. Doug test drove my car and wheel bearing was my problem. He also advised that i needed 2 tires that wud take care of my shamming sturring wheel problem. Everything was fixed. I feel safe driving again. Thanks Doug. Professional Service always.

I am compelled to write this review because when service is beyond outstanding, you feel like telling someone. Doug is great at what he does period. From diagnosing an issue to explaining the issue to resolving it. The second your car has an issue or if you feel that you would like to keep a car running at its best for the longest possible time, Doug is the man!



I rarely write any reviews but when your life revolves around weather the car will start and be dependable, Doug is invaulable to have in your corner. I am in sales and I drive cars into the ground, I had been getting oil changes at the closest place when the light goes on, and for me thats every 3-4 weeks. They always try to sell you something else... coolent flush, synthetic oil, air filters, whiper blades or transmission cleaning. Even throw in a little fear with the hand out with the red level indicators for past due service items. I will no longer do that after working with Doug.



Doug just makes sure you are taken care of. He offers his expertise to keep you safe on the road and keep your satisfaction high! Customer service is a lost art but Doug takes it to the next level, true professional!

Women often dread the idea of going to a mechanic if they aren't exactly sure what is going on with their car. However, you don't have to worry when you go see Doug.



I met Doug when I was having car issues years ago. I didn't know what was wrong; all I could do was imitate the sound my car was making. Doug was very patient with me. He asked specific questions and then took a look. Not only did he solve the original issue, he also took the time to physically SHOW me what my car was doing and why.



This is a big deal for me because I know I could be easily persuaded any way... seeing as how I know little about cars.



I have followed Doug to 3 different locations, and believe me, he's worth the drive!

I have never felt like my issues got unresolved or that I got overcharged.

He's personable, entertaining, extremely knowledgable, and will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with your car when you leave his shop.



I won't let anyone else touch my cars except for Doug.

And you don't let a great mechanic go once you find him!!
