DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
This company was contracted by our apartment company to clean the carpet in our apartment. Not only this guy (the owner) was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, he REFUSED to let ME ( not him, but me) to move our bed so he could clean under. He explained that he has three cleaning steps with different machines and it would take long to move it back and forth, even though he was not the one who would move it. So in other words he refused to do what he was getting pay for.
After he “finished “ his SECOND process and coming from the rooms, his behavior changed and he established a conversation with me and my daughter, which we noticed it odd. He explained that he only needed to spray a spot, so he never did his “ third “ drying process and left. Later after he was gone of course, we noticed that he had broken our TV in one of the rooms, and obviously did not say anything.

Because nobody saw him in the moment he broke the TV, it’s hard to prove it in court. But it’s not about the TV at the end of the day. It is about malicious, unprofessional behavior.He could deny it to world but he knows what he did!
SAVE a bad experience and contract another carpet cleaning company.
