City Xpress Delivery

I've used City Xpress many time in the past when I've needed expensive items moved on demand. While the service is effective, I've been subject to poor customer service; Condescending tones, rushed responses and an impression that my business is unwelcome. This has been an ever increasing problem, but mostly consistent with one employee in particular. I don't want to name drop, but this person seems unhappy with her job and takes it out on customers.

Washington, D.C. 20530 I, Shauna S. Robinson have been using City Xpress Delivery Service for over five years. Me and my staff call in packages to be delivered all over the city on a daily basis. Bikes, cars, etc. -- we have a daily log in sheet that has reference numbers that we give to dispatchers when sending out packages. City Xpress messenger services, is dependable and successful in delivering all work orders.
