It is with their property management services that my review is concerning. Eastside property Services, they seemed to be a good company to manage my property, but as time went by in using them the service got worse . the disbursement checks started coming later and later and the repair services were questionable at best, I actually have a letter from another electrician I hired to correct some work one of Eastides contractors had performed, stating how the work they performed had actually put the tenant and the property at risk.

There are so many things that this company did wrong I could write a book. Let this be a warning to those that are looking for a property manager ,DON'T CHOOSE EASTSIDE PROPERTY SERVICES , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
