Robert Hubbard

I feel that I was ripped off by them. I had to have a root canel done and I paid for my portion of the bill. Dr Hubbard was not able to perform the work and he said that I would be getting reimbursed for it. My husband did have work done by him as well Just a little FYI there. They say that since my husband has a balance there would be on refund. I beleive that they did not do all of the work that they said they did on my husband. And I should be getting MY money back. Mine was paid for. So I had to go to another Dentist to have the work done that Hubbard could not do that I paid for and now I have to pay another Dentist what I have paid him. They say that They do family billing and if anyone that you go to does this run out of the office. I called them after I paid them off for MY tooth and they told me that If I was to be seen I would have to give them $179.00 when I walked in. (that was for my husbands) . They are so eager to get your money but when he is not able to do the work it is like pulling teeth( no pun ment there) to get what you have paid to them back. I would not let my dog go to see him let any memeber of my family. Come on He could not even to the work ( a root canel).
