        Signed up for year round service, $500 a year. After about 6 treatments, NOTHING changed with our spider problem.

        Gave them several opportunities to come out and correct issue. Absolutely no improvement.

        Called to cancel and ask for a refund as we did not receive what we paid for. They use a loophole that they gave a "discount" initially so any attempt a refund means you have to pay back the discount.

        Just take care of your customers and do the right thing.

        Don't use these guys if you have spiders.
