        I came to michigan for a two week project from Ohio, I stayed in rochester on crooks road at one of the hotels.. My notebook broke that week with my data in it.. Frank, the manager assured me the recovery of my data and repair my system in less than 24 hours... That was WOW... I would say that this operation has Very knowlegable staff, Fast prompt, Great communication, Friendly, and cheap prices. And, YES, I would recommended them :)
