Master Sweep

This company identified an issue while cleaning my chimney. I phoned a few days later to schedule an appointment to have the issue repaired; because nobody was available, I left a message asking them to phone me. Instead of doing so, they simply showed up a few weeks later while I was on vacation; my son had no idea what was going on. When I returned from vacation, I phoned them to determine why they had shown up without an appointment. J.C., our representative, explained that he was in the area and just decided to stop by. When I pressed him as to why he showed up without scheduling an appointment, he became rude, telling me he didn't know what my problem was, why it was such a big deal to me that he showed up when he did. When I phoned his boss to complain, I got no satisfaction. Needless to say, I told them not to bother showing up to repair the problem and went elsewhere.
