I took my wife there for an appointment on 4.11.16 and 2% of the time was focused on her and 98% of the time was with the Dr. on his cell phone discussing how to retrieve e-mail from google mail. I asked him to leave the room until his call was done. When he came back in, I commented that I thought he was being rude and disrespectful and that my wife wasn't receiving the attention she deserved. He raised his arms in an "oh well" manner, stated that he didn't like my attitude and said he couldn't continue with the appt. My wife and I left and will NOT return. They stated we wouldn't be billed for the appt...really...billed for what?...to sit in a room and be treated like you don't matter? His desk staff did apologize, although she made it sound as though this was a common occurrence. It's a shame when anyone is treated as if they don't matter and are expected to accept it as normal behavior. Doctor or not, people deserve to be treated with respect, common courtesy and with dignity.
