In the 2 short months We have been members we have had nothing but trouble! They put holds on EVERYTHING, including pay roll checks and not only for 1 or 2 days but sometimes up to 4!!

When we opened the account we specifically asked if this would happen & they said no! They also told us that up to $3500 would be available per deposit. This was a lie. After trying to access money we found that they hold all checks for new accounts for 2 business days not counting weekends, so the money we deposited last week is still not available due to the Thanksgiving holiday... THANK GOD we went to another bank that was more than happy to give us all the funds for my husband's pay roll checks! He works for a large very well known company, it isn't like we are trying to do anything unreasonable, just deposit our money & pay our bills!

If I were you I would stay far far away from this bank. You have to wonder, are their ridiculous policies a foretelling of a rocky financial future? They don't even have suckers to pass out to children!

I am very happy to have moved my money elsewhere!
