Horrible customer service especially on the phone. They will hang up on you and pretend like they are so busy when there is barely anyone in the store. We found that out after we called and just went in and saw only one person being waited on and no one else in sight. One worker was complaining about work harassment while we were standing there listening and not being waited on. Called again and the waited until the store close an never came back to the phone in handbags and I was trying to buy an they finally came back and told me I could not order my purchase on the phone. Wow bad customer service. Any where else is very accommodating.
