        You have to go see Charles at Visions!

        He is the best hairdresser I have ever had! He not only got my hair back into great shape, but made me look beautiful too! He gave me a great cut, and a highlight with some lowlights. He is so worth the money. He has got me hooked! He doesn't BS you or make you look like every other woman walking around Richmond with the same bad haircut & color!
