Quarter Mill Apartments

Living in Quarter Mill has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The apartments are in horrid condition and the management is incredibly rude. When we moved in, nothing was cleaned. The carpet was thoroughly stained with rusty nails sticking out in the living room corner. Everything was old, broken and pretty much unfixable.



Quarter Mill is filled with crime. You can expect regular car break-ins and the worst kind of people as your neighbors. But, nothing is as bad as the management. I've never seen such an unorganized and unprofessional office. The manager hides behind closed doors and refuses to deal with any tenant concerns. The assistant manager in particular is one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.



Cars are being vandalized on a regular basis, and there are hordes of violent teenagers making noise day and night and damaging people's property.



Neighbors blast music every night, all night, and management does nothing to address the issue. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything that goes on around you. Living here has been beyond terrible, and I wouldn't reside here even if rent was free. An absolutely abhorrent apartment complex.

I never recommend moving here ever. I moved in with my boyfriend and a little over a year it didn't work out so I moved out. We agreed to take my name off the lease so the lady in the office had me write down that on this date I am having my name taken off the lease. She had me and my boyfriend sign the paper and said that was it, it was done. Months later he abandons the apartment and they send me a statement for breaking the lease. I call them immediately and told them my name was taken off. The lady that answered said she remembered me coming in and not to worry about it, so I didn't. After several more months of no calls and no letters I suddenly come home to a summons to appear in court. I call them AGAIN and tell them my name was taken off. They give me the run around that I was supposed to receive a document in the mail that we were supposed to both sign. Now they want to hold me responsible for doing what they told me to do. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
