DONT RENT!!!!!! RUN FAR FROM THEM!!!!!!

Where to beginning with this property. The property on the outside is beautiful but the staff is HORRIBLE when it comes to solving issues. Had a neighbor harass me since day one of moving in. Day 3 of being in the apartment I lose my son and the neighbor did not like I had family stopping by. She called security and the day of his funeral, security harassed my family and I. She came down stairs to say f**K my situation. 3am and other unacceptable hours she would play loud music and vacuum. WHen I spoke to the leasing people. A certain staff member told me she was there to lease apartments out and collect a pay check. To me this is beyond rude to her from a staff member. One her dog peed on my and I recorded to show she was breaking a policy and I was pushed away. They allow dogs under 50 lbs and yet my neighbor had a pit bull. This company has all these rules but only select a few individuals to push the policies on. They are unfair and discriminate. I would not recommend this property to any one. I would rather recommend Match point Apartments. Lets not talk about how maintenance never fixes things and if they do it is literally a TEMPORALLY FIX. The staff is lazy once the have the resident in a lease but prior the lease they well mannered. I suggested not renting from them. They tell residents if they refer someone they are able to receive $500 and guess what they do not stick to it. SAD, GOOD FOR NOTHING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVING COMPANY.
