        Do not live there or have a loved one live there.

        It is not a safe environment, multiple thefts, supposedly a safe community, yet the security gate has not been in working order for several weeks. Good luck in trying to reach the owners. They either have you leave a message, have you call back, are on vacation, they do not return your phone messages. When you do reach a live body, they are rude, unprofessional and hang up on you. Bottom line all they care about is collecting that

        $800 + ck each month.
