They held a package while I was away. Very nice post person as well.

The lady that usually does our mail is awesome...but this douche guy that is working today 89523 July 6th 2015 just drove passed our house and didnt even stop or take our mail..we have him on camera! he needs to be fired! He has done this several times!

Since I moved into my new neighborhood two and one half years ago, my neighbors have had to have mail exchanges. I get the mail of every person who has ever lived in my house prior to me, my neighbors mail, the mail of an apartment complex's tenants down the street, and other random people who don't even live on the same street but have the same first name as my husband. I have filed a complaint and then had my identity stolen. I needed to talk to the manager today in regards to a few filed police reports, but he didn't bother to call me back so I could return to the post office and speak with him! I now go to another post office to send out my mail for fear of ignorant error and/or retaliation for having filed the first complaint.

Visit now and you will give a very different rating. Friendly, Helpful, and Courteous is the new normal. I must agree that it was not always so.

The employees here are very rude every time I drop off packages. I am a regular customer who drops off many business packages and every time they are rude and in a bad mood. This is very unprofessional. I am considering switching to UPS or FedEx. We also have a fulfillment center who ships out a few thousand orders each month, I would be happy to switch to another vendor with better customer service.

I was very disappointed with the rude and inconsiderate treatment by the employees working there. The employees are consistently slow and demonstrated an unprofessionalism that only brought me nauseating tolerance as they degraded my position. As a customer, I am outraged and highly disappointed. The respect for a loyal customer failed and ultimately severed the relationship. Improved service may require a friendlier atmosphere that treats each customer with respect and courteous exchanges.
