Comfort-Temp Heating & Cooling

We recently had a new air conditioner unit installed by Comfort Temp in our new construction home. One phone call and John came out to evaluate our needs and give us a price. Kim set up our install date and kept us informed up to the minute the crew arrived. All workers were professional and friendly. Because unit was installed prior to landscape, they had to move quite a bit of dirt for proper height within our landscape plan. The complete installation took about 4-5 hours and the crew was very thorough. The result, top notch equipment at a very fair price. The inspector said, "this is a perfect installation. I wish every HVAC company would do such a great job." I wouldn't use anyone else. John and Kim run an honest, professional business. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. And the work performed was excellent.

Came home on a Saturday morning to find my house very chilly. Realized my boiler was not working and made several calls looking for service. Why is it always on a weekend when things happen?



Made several calls leaving messages, John from Comfort-Temp gave a very prompt call back actually the other three never even returned the call. John gave me a few tips and picked up a small part at his place to get me up and running until Monday. This was my option as he would have provided Emergency after hours service or I could wait and pay normal rates on a weekday.



He was very thorough fixed everything and did several additional things gratis just to make things right.



And in the end his rates were extremely reasonable for all the work that he did. I am so please that this is my shout out from the rooftops!
