My husband passed away in 2021. My mother in law said that I would get his inheritance when she passed away. She also said that they had to give our son something because she thought he was too young. She passed in january and her oldest son said I would get some and my son would get some but not what was agreed on. Shouldn' t my husbands inheritance automatically go to my son?
