No big story or whatever, but just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Pacific Motorsports. Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

I didn't know much about cars until my husband got me a BMW for my 40th and I simply love it. The maintenance is pretty intense with BMWs, if you don't keep up, you can really mess everything up. I went to the dealership at first (they explained all of the periodic maintenance), then went to Pacific Motorsports because they're closer to our home and I was thrilled with the service. It's the first time I've ever had a mechanic explain how a car works and actually understood! The prices are cheaper than the dealership, and did I mention the tech was hot? ;)

I was sad to see the bad reviews so thought I'd better speak up. It's always the angry jerks that write and the happy content people sometimes forget to. I've been going to Pacific Motor Sports for years now and I feel they have taken care of my car with care and respect. They are honest, fast and knowledgable. I can ask any questions, feel heard and get honest answers from the techs and the owner of the shop. I always recommend them to friends and family. You should too.

So I was driving my '99 328i the other day on the highway when it overheated and steaming from the engine. I called Pacific motorsports and they sent a tow truck to pick my car and my self up. Turned out I had a broken water pump. They had the part there and it was repaired while I waited. The technition was very patient and explained the problem as well as alerting me to other worn parts. The price was right and the service was excellent. Thanks Alot!!!!

I do not recommand anyone to this shop. I took my BMW to have my starter replaced. they did replace my starter but in the process my airbag light came on. I was not informed about it till I got into my car. when I asked what happened i was told it happend when they charged my battery woow. since when does charging a battery affect the airbags. I was olso informed that i did not get a premeire service because i bought my own parts.... what a joke. OH I was also told my car was unsafe.....I do not recommand this place because for one they charge too much and 2 you will have to go back because they will have screwed something to make sure you come back and spend more money

I would not reccomend these guys. The tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work done on my mini.



I got a second and third opinion and the cost was 1/5th of these guys. They are unethical and survive on ripping off people who aren't that knowledgeable about cars.



When I picked my car up to have it looked at somewhere else I was told by them that my 5 year old mini cooper wasn't even worth fixing. (what a joke)



Today my car works better than ever and I spend 1/5th of what they told me I "had" to spend to get it working again. You suck Pacific Motorsports.
