Golden Optical was highly recommended to me by my hairdresser. I've found everyone who works here friendly, even when my three children are in tow. I've gotten exams and contacts at Golden Optical and the staff has been informative and helpful.

I spent more than two months trying to get my eye glasses done by Golden Optical without success and finally got fed up and cancelled my order. Why? First, their 'remote' lab can not get my eye glasses correctly made. Once I tried, I can't even focus to read far and near. Because the lab is remote, it took 15 - 20 days to get it back. After two failed attempt, I lost my confidence on their ability. Second, which is the main reason I got so fed up, is their services. They promise to call you back but they never did. You call them, all you got is answering machine. You go to their store, they made more promises that they will not keep.



I have never been so frustrated with a vendor like golden optical. After suffered for two and half months without proper eye ware, I now have to find a new doctor.. I strongly discourage going to Golden Optical, well, unless you have a lot of time to spare and very 'good' patience.
