        Poor customer service

        Having worked with 3 representatives an additional representative at the Target store what do I have to show for it??? Lost my contact, message history & all of my photos!!!! Basically, I have lost my history. Between being on hold a minimum of forty minutes with each of the 3 representatives and time spent at the Target store I have invested well over 4 hours! What was Consumer Cellular's offer??? A $10 credit!!! That breaks down to my time being worth $1.25/hr. I've lose my contact, message history & photos & this is the best that they could offer. I have been with Consumer Cellular for well over 15 yrs & this is how they now treat their customers.
