Purchased a T&B trailer from them. Took it in for servicing and while there in the service department, the trailer was damaged, with scrapes along one side of the trailer and a broken fender on the same side. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage, questioning whether I was telling them the truth. Then there was a long delay in any response from them concerning the damage. Called the service department many times and service department manager would not answer the phone or call me back. Gave his receptionist excuses to relay to me. Finally, after many attempts at contacting him, he offered to repair the trailer and split the cost between them and me. I asked for an estimate, which was exorbitant, and clearly and shamefully padded to double the cost of repairs (over $900). I elected to repair the trailer myself. Ordered trim paint from T&B trailer manufacturer for $35, used some repair putty on the fender, and spray painted the scrapes and fender. Took about 30 minutes. I was treated so disrespectfully by them that I will never do business again with them, and I will never recommend them for any purchases by friends and acquaintances. Terrible experience.
