        Rich Delaney of West coast Mobile Home Parks is buying parks and then raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes. I suppose he has decided he only wants rich tenants. Goodbye to the American dream for the low income. I paid off a 15 year mortgage only for this guy to pull the rug out from under us. Now I can't even sell my home because he has set it up to where potential buyers must sign a lease agreeing to yearly rate increases. Basically he is stealing the homes of low income families. He is a shark beware!

        Hello I am Now adding an update ICE is showing up and taking my neighbors..The new Manager has attempted to slander me and the association door to door,several tenants have come to me with feelings of discrimination and now they are being hauled away by ICE.. 2 homes in one day....Imagine that! The property manager Sheryl Walker has asked me to move away if I dont like how things are going...Todd try to force me to allow his new maintenance guys to trim the 70 foot tree above my home...when we told him no,we didnt want a pizza delivery guy trimming our tree..only a licensed arborist.he told us hes the owner and he will do whatever he wants ...then I told him to leave my premises immediately...I got wrote up for being loud at 830 am and put on probation...When I spoke with Ms.Walker about it she said thats what you get for doing that petition and voting out their new rules and not to worry that if a branch falls through my roof they will pay for the damages and then I can move
