Rude, late, and pretty mush told me oh well. Their office is filled with liars. 7 days later and my shipment still has not been delivered. Customer service says... "Well what can we do about it?" How about your job.

Very poor customer service. Carmen said more than once, someone needs to be there between 9a-2p for this delivery. Well, they missed this window...
